Refund and Returns Policy

At EpicCtop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium camping gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the details below to understand our process and requirements.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards and digital products.
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
- Personal care products (e.g., sleeping bag liners, water filters) for hygiene reasons.
- Customized or personalized items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us – Email us at info@epicctop.com or call (518) 356-0009 with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
- Ship the Item – Securely pack the product and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- If a refund is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or replacement, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Follow the Return Process above, and we will ship the replacement once the original item is received.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, orders are processed and may not be canceled.
